Consent to Personal Data Processing

An individual visiting ninelab.ru and/or submitting the contact form ('User').
3. Personal Data Processed
The User consents to processing of the following data: name or nickname; email address and/or phone number; message content; IP address and browser data (technical information).
4. Purposes
Personal data is processed exclusively to: respond to the User's inquiry; follow up on company service questions; improve Site and service quality.
5. Actions with Data
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
6. Validity Period
Consent is effective from the moment the contact form is submitted or Site terms are accepted and remains valid indefinitely until withdrawn by the User.
7. Withdrawal
The User may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to: info@ninelab.ru. Upon receipt, the Controller will cease processing and delete data within legally established timeframes.
8. Third-Party Transfers
Personal data may be transferred to third parties (analytics platforms, cloud providers) solely in anonymized form for the purposes specified in section 4, or upon lawful government authority requests.
9. Data Subject Rights
The User has the right to: obtain information about processing of their data; require correction of inaccurate data; require blocking or deletion of data; file a complaint with Roskomnadzor.
