1. General
These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern the relationship between NineLab LLC (TIN: 7706518440), referred to as 'Company', and the User regarding use of ninelab.ru ('Site'). By using the Site, the User accepts these Terms. If the User disagrees, they must stop using the Site.
2. Subject Matter
The Company grants the User a free, non-exclusive right to use the Site to view information about services and contact the Company. The Company may modify, add, or remove Site content at any time without prior notice.
3. User Rights and Obligations
The User agrees to: not use the Site for unlawful purposes; not post or distribute false, offensive, or harmful content; not infringe the Company's or third parties' intellectual property rights; provide accurate data when filling in the contact form.

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes are resolved in courts at the Company's location (Moscow), unless otherwise provided by a separate agreement.
